Medhu Vada...

Lentil dumplings..south Indian



	Urad Dal  		½ kg
	Chopped Ginger 		20 gms.
	Chopped Green Chillies 	20 gms.
	Black Peppercorns 	5 gms.
	Jeera 			5 gms.
	Salt 			as required
	Chopped Dhania 		5 gms.
	Oil			to fry



  • Soak the dal for 1 ½ hours and grind to a paste (not very fine)
  • Add all the ingredients and salt.
  • Heat ghee and fry the wadas shaping them rounds with a hole in center.
  • Serve with Coconut Chutney.
