Mutton with a lot of Rogan



	Mutton boneless		1 kg
	Curd 			250 ml
	Garam Masala 		10 gms.
	Ginger/Garlic 		25 gms.
	Red Chili Pdr 		20 gms.
	Dhania Pdr. 		20 gms.
	Brown Onion Paste 	50 gms.
	Garam Masala Pdr 	1 tbs.
	Salt   			as required
	Oil 			250 gms


	


  • Heat oil. Add garam masala and then ginger, garlic paste with red chili pdr.
  • Fry or add Mutton or the Lamb simultaneously.
  • Fry well till the mutton is well sealed and the masala leaves the ghee.
  • Add curd and cook on slow fire covered till the mutton is cooked.
  • Add brown onion paste and at the last add garam masala pdr .
  • Garnish with chopped dhania.
  • Note This serves about 6 people.
