Mutton with a lot of Rogan

Mutton boneless 1 kg
Curd 250 ml
Garam Masala 10 gms.
Ginger/Garlic 25 gms.
Red Chili Pdr 20 gms.
Dhania Pdr. 20 gms.
Brown Onion Paste 50 gms.
Garam Masala Pdr 1 tbs.
Salt as required
Oil 250 gms

- Heat oil. Add garam masala and then ginger, garlic paste with red chili pdr.
- Fry or add Mutton or the Lamb simultaneously.
- Fry well till the mutton is well sealed and the masala leaves the ghee.
- Add curd and cook on slow fire covered till the mutton is cooked.
- Add brown onion paste and at the last add garam masala pdr .
- Garnish with chopped dhania.
- Note This serves about 6 people.
