Onion Tomato Cucumber Raita

Basic Raita



           Onion		50 gms chopped
	   Tomato		25 gms chopped
	   Cucumber		25 gms chopped
	   Coriander Leaves     1 tbsp. chopped
	   Thick yoghurt	2 cups
	   Cumin pdr		1 tsp.
	   Chilli Pdr		1 tsp.
	   Salt                 to taste



	

  • Finely chop onions and tomatoes and grate the cucumber.
  • Whisk the yogurt and add the chilli pdr and the roasted cumin powder.
  • Mix together all the above ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Garnish with a little Jeera powder, chilli powder and Chopped coriander leaves.
