Onion Pickle....

Pyaj ka Achaar



	White Onion			5 kg.
	Chilli Pdr.			20-25 gms.
	Mustard pdr			120 gms.
	Mustard Oil			½ cup
	Salt				180 gms.
	Turmeric			1tbsp.



  • Peel the onion ans slit each into four section without severing them.
  • Mix the oinoins ans spices in a flat plate with a small quantity of water and oil.
  • Put all the ingredients in a jar and add enough water to cover.
  • Keep the jar in the sun for four to five days, and then in the shade for twelve hours to cool, after which pickle will e ready for consumption.
