Mutton Curry

A simple style mutton curry



	Mutton Curry cut 	1 kg.
	Ghee 			250 gms.
	Garam Masala 		10 gms.
	Onion 			150 gms.
	Garlic 			10 gms.
	Ginger 			10 gms.
	Red Chilli Pdr. 	25 gms.
	Dhania 			10 gms.
	Haldi 			5 gms.
	Chopped Tomatoes 	250 gms.
	Garam Masala Pdr. 	1 tbs.
	Chopped Dhania 		for garnish
	Salt  			as required



  • Heat ghee and add the whole garam masala.
  • Add sliced onion and brown them(for curry, a smooth gravy is required).
  • Add ginger, garlic paste and dry masala and mutton stir well and add water.
  • Add tomatoes and cook till a smooth thick gravy is formed.
  • Add garam masala and chopped dhania.
  • Serve with Roti or Naan .
