Chicken 1 kg
Brown Onion Paste 50 gms
Oil 250 gms
Ginger, Garlic Paste 20 gms
Garam Masala Whole 10 gms
Red Chilli Powder 10 gms.
Coriander Chopped for garnish
Salt as required
Garam Masala Powder 5 gms
Green Chutney 10 gms.
Spinach Paste 10 gms.
Coriander Powder 5 gms.
Eggs Whole 5 nos.
- Heat oil and add the whole garam masala. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Saute and add yogurt, cook till the masala is done.
- Add chicken pieces and cook. When half way through, add the mint chutney( green) and the spinach paste.
- Add brown onion paste. Finish with garam masala and dhania.
- At the time of service, break a whole egg over it and cook under Salamander.
- Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with Laccha Paratha or Roomali Roti.
