Mix Vegetable Curry....
Vegetables cooked with Gravy
Potatoes Diced 100 Grams
Carrot Diced 100 Grams
Green Beans 100 Grams
Cauliflower 100 Grams
Green Peas 100 Grams
Oil 4 Tblspn
Jeera 1/2 TeaSpoon
Green Chillies 3 Nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tblspn
Cumin Powder 1 Teaspn
Coriander Powder 1 Teaspn Roast
Red Chilli Powder 1 TeaSpoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 TeaSpoon
Garam Masala 1 Teaspn
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes (or Dices) & Wash.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Jeera and add onions after the jeera crackles.
- Fry the onions till golden brown in color.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste and cook for a while.
- Add the chopped Tomatoes, Cumin & Coriander powder & Garam Masala.
- Fry till the masala leaves oil and the add the vegetables.
- Add a little water. Cover & cook.
- Correct the seasoning.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Note Serves 6 people, takes about 45 minutes total.
