Mint & Coriander Chutney

spicy dhaniya aur pudina chutney



	Coriander trimmed  	3 bunches
	Mint leaves 		1 small bunch
	Garlic cloves		2 pods
	Ginger 			1 ½ inch pc.
	Green Chillies		5-6 no.
	Salt			½ teaspoon
	Lemon Juice		2 tsp
	Optional:
	Onion 			1 no.
	Tomato			1 no.
	Jeera Whole		5 gms.


  • Cut the mint and coriander coarsely.
  • Also cut the garlic Ginger and green chillies.
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Make a paste , add water as required.
  • Check salt and add red chilli powder if necessary.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Can be made fiery hot or mild as per the taste.
  • Takes about 20 minutes to prepare.
