Lemon Pickle With Chillies..
Neebu ka Achaar Mirch ke Saath

Lemon 1 kg.
Green Chillies 300 gms.
Salt 300 gms.

- Select large yellow lemons and medium size green chillies.
- Wash both. Remove the stalks and slit the chillies.
- Cut the lemons into halves.
- Put the salt, lemons and chillies in a clean jar.
- Add the juice of five lemons .
- Keep in the sun for a week and shake every day.
- The pickle is ready when chilli and lemon turn brown.
