Lemon Pickle...

Neebu ka Achar



	Lemon				1 kg.
	Chilli Pdr.			100 gms.
	Mustard pdr			25 gms.
	Mustard Oil			100 ml.
	Salt				200 gms.
	Ajwain				1 gm.
	Turmeric			25 gms.
	cumin Seeds Pdr			10 gms.
	Cloves Pdr.			5
	Cinnamon Pdr			½inch
	Asafoetida Pdr.			2 gms.



  • Wash and cut lemon into 4 pieces
  • Extract the juice from ten lemons and mix the peels of these with the lemon pieces.
  • Mix the juice with the spicesand add to the lemons.
  • Stir well so that the spices are evenly dis tributed.
  • Add salt and oil and put in a jar.
  • Keep in the sun for three to four days.
