Ginger Garlic paste is often used in the Indian Cuisine.It might not be the way cooking is
done at home but as the trend is changing as it is the convenient way to cook using the
ginger garlic paste than using the chopped garlic and chopped garlic. Ginger garlic paste
cannot replace the chopped garlic as chopped garlic has a distinct flavor and is often used
for tadka. Here is easy way to make the ginger garlic paste and store it in
the refrigerator.
Ginger 100 gms.
Garlic 100 gms.
- Peel the Garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the Ginger and cut into smaller piecec.
- Blend with just enough water.
- Can be Stored in refrigerator for about a week.
