Crab Curry....

	Coriander seeds		15 gms
	Methi seeds		5 gms
	Mustard seeds		5 gms
	Jeera			10 gms
	Pepper corns		10 gms
	Onions			100 gms
	curry leaves		1 sprig
	Garlic			2 pods
	Long red Chillies	20 gms
	turmeric		5 gms
	coconut			1 nos
	Tamarind		15 gms
	Crab			8 nos
	Salt			To taste
	Oil			150 ml
	


  • Wash and clean crabs.
  • Broil or saute ingredients from 1 to 10 without oil
  • Add grated coconut and tumarind with above ssauted ingredients.
  • make a paste.
  • Heat the oil in a handi. cook the masala. Add crab and cook.
  • Correct the seasoning.
  • Note Optional: garlic jeera and curry leaves could be sauted in coconut oil.
