Semi Dry Preparation..
Mutton Curry(cuts) 1 kg
Ghee or oil 250 gms.
Whole Garam Masala 20 gms.
Onions 150 gms.
Ginger 15 gms.
Garlic 15 gms.
Haldi a pinch
Red Chilli Pdr. 1 tbs.
Coriander Pdr. 1 tbs.
Tomatoes 200 gms.
Garam Masala Pdr. 1 tps.
Dhania ¼ bunch
- Heat ghee and add the whole garam masala (Ilaichi, laung, dalchini)
- Add sliced onion and golden brown them.
- Add ginger, garlic paste with dry masala and mutton.
- Cook for a long time add little water at a time,
cook with lid when the mutton is 90% done, add the chopped tomatoes.
- Garnish with garam masala and dhania.
- Note color dark brown Best eaten with Roomali Roti
