Achaar Gosht

Pickled Mutton Awad style



	Mutton Curry Cuts 		1 kg
	Sliced Onions			½ kg
	Curd 				1 kg
	Ghee/Oil 			250 gms
	Ginger/Garlic Paste 		15 gms
	Dhania Pdr. 			10 gms
	Green Chiliies 			15 nos.
	Achari Masala 			15 gms
	Jeera
	Shahi Jeera
	Kalounji
	Rai
	Methi
	Salt 				as required
	Vinegar 			1 tbs

 


  • Heat oil and sauté onions.
  • Add Mutton pieces ,curd and ginger/garlic paste.
  • Add dhania pdr cook till mutton is 3/4 done.
  • Slit green chillies and stuff the lightly pounded achari masala
    in the chillies the rest sprinkle on the mutton .
  • Seal the handi and put in for Dum for 20 minutes .
  • Note White in color. Garnish: Stuffed Green Chillies on top
    Tastes best with Laccha Paratha.
