Dal to be served with Bati also



	Urad dal 		1  Cup
	Chana dal 		¼  Cup
	Onion 			2  Nos
	Garlic paste 		½  Teaspn
	Chilli powder 		½  Teaspn
	Chopped tomato 		1  Nos
	Water 			as reqd
	Salt 			as reqd
	Ginger paste 		1  Teaspn
	Turmeric powder 	¼  Teaspn
	Garam masala pwd 	¼ Teaspn
	Ground chilli 		2  Nos
	Ghee/cream 		2  Tblspn
	Coriander 		1  Bunch


  • Soak Chana and urad dal for atleast 8 hours.
  • Pressure cook dal by adding water,salt, spices,
    ginger, garlic.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped tomatoes, add cooked dal,
    ground chilli and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Cook on slow heat till done.
  • Add ghee/fresh cream on the top and serve hot with bati...
