A cooling, summer drink from Tamil Nadu

	Jaggery 	        1 Cup, grated
	Water		        3 Cups
	Lemon		        2 squeezed 
	Sonth			1  tsp
	Green Cardamom		6, crushed 
	Pepper pdr		½ tsp
	Rock Salt		 tsp
	Mint Leaves	        a few, 


  • Heat one cup of water till luke warm.
  • Add the jaggery and stir until dissolved.
  • Strain through cloth to remove any mud or impurities.
  • Cool.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and chill thoroughly before serving.
  • All the ingredients may be adjusted to taste.
