Mutton ka Shorba....

Mutton Soup



	Mutton bones 	 	1 kg.
	Ginger  		25 gms
	Chopped garlic  	20 gms
	Green chillis  		 4 nos
	Green coriander 	25 gms
	Garam masala  		10 gms
	Tomatoes     		 2 no
	Red chilies 		 4 no
	Flour  			50 gms
	Butter  		25 gms
	Curry pdr.  		20 gm.
	Sliced onion 		 2 no
	Jeera  			 5 gm
	Salt  			to taste




  • Blanch the bones take butter in a heavy bottom pan.
  • Add the whole garam masala & jeera add sliced onion.
  • Fry till light brown in color.
  • Add flour, curry pdr, red chilli powder and fry for a minute.
  • Add ginger garlic green chilles dhania
    roughly cut tomatoes and finally the bones.
  • Give a boil, simmer for 6-8 hrs.
  • Note: GARNISH Remove the meat from the bone. Cut into dice and Garnish.
