Mutton Curry Masala

Mutton Curry with a difference



	Mutton Curry 		1 kg.
	Ghee 			250 gms.
	Garam Masala 		10 gms.
	Onion 			150 gms.
	Garlic 			10 gms.
	Ginger 			10 gms.
	Red Chilli Pdr. 	25 gms.
	Dhania 			10 gms.
	Haldi 			5 gms.
	Chopped Tomatoes 	250 gms.
	Garam Masala Pdr. 	1 tbs.
	Chopped Dhania 		for garnish
	Salt  			as required
	Capsicum 		50 gms.
	Onion  			50 gms.
	Tomatoes 		50 gms.



  • Heat ghee and add the whole garam masala (ilaichi, laung, tej patata).
  • Add sliced onion and fry to light brown color.
  • Add ginger, garlic paste dry masala (all in water) with mutton and fry well.
  • Add water and salt and when the mutton is 90% done, add chopped tomated cook till done.
  • Add capsicum and onion cubes and cook and adjust garam masala pdr.
  • Garnish chopped dhania.
  • Serve with Rice Pulao or Naan
