Machi Na Saas

Fish in white sauce



	Pomfret  or any Fish	1 cut in 4 pieces
	Salt			1½ tbsp.
	Vinegar			4½ tbsp.
	Oil			4 tbsp.
	Cumin Seeds		½ tsp	
	Garlic			8 cloves (chopped)	
	Green chilies		1 chopped
	Ginger			½ pc.
	Onion			1 large (Sliced)
	Turmeric Pdr.		¼ tsp.
	Water			4 cups
	Eggs			2
	Sugar			4 tbsp.
	Gram Flour
	or Normal Flour		2 tbsp.
	Coriander Leaves	1 tbsp.




  • Wash fish and apply 1tbsp salt and ½ tbsp vinegar and keep aside.
  • Heat oil add cumin, green chilles garlic, ginger and onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Mix the turmeric and remaining salt and add the water let it boil and let it simmer, add the fish and cook.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, flour and vinegar.
  • When the fish is cooked, add the egg mixture, stirring constantly so that no lumps form.
  • Be careful not to break the fish pieces.
  • Serve hot.
  • Garnished with coriander leaves.
