Lemon Pickle With Chillies..

Neebu ka Achaar Mirch ke Saath



	Lemon				1 kg.
	Green Chillies			300 gms.
	Salt				300 gms.



  • Select large yellow lemons and medium size green chillies.
  • Wash both. Remove the stalks and slit the chillies.
  • Cut the lemons into halves.
  • Put the salt, lemons and chillies in a clean jar.
  • Add the juice of five lemons .
  • Keep in the sun for a week and shake every day.
  • The pickle is ready when chilli and lemon turn brown.
