Chicken Soup.. Indian Style

	Chicken Bones 		2 kg.
	Onions 			150 gms.
	Tomatoes 		250 gms.
	Garlic 			2 pod s
	Ginger 			20 gms.
	Whole Garam Masala 	20 gms.
	Coriander Leaves 	¼  bunch
	Curry Leaves 		8 leaves
	Roux for thickness
	Butter 			50 gms.

  • Melt the butter, add sliced onion, sauté, add ginger,
    garlic and whole garam masala.
  • Sauté, add curry pdr then add chicken bones and sauté.
  • Add the stock and tomatoes boil them .
  • Add coriander leaves and roux and thicken lightly.
  • Strain.Garnish with boil chicken cubes,
    tossed in butter garam masala pdr and chopped coriander.
  • Note: Very good for cold and flu...
