Imli ka Amlana

Tamarind juice



	Imli		 	175 gms
	Water 			8 cups
	Black Salt 		to taste
	Pepper Powder  		½ tsp
	Green Cardamom Pdr.	½ tsp.
	Sugar 			50 gms.
	Salt 			to taste
	Mint Leaves 	 	8-10 chopped roughly
	


  • Soak the tamarind in 8 cups of water for 3-4 hours.
  • Squeeze to extract pulp. Strain and keep aside.
  • Grind together black salt, pepper powder, green cardamom powder, sugar and salt to a very fine powder
  • Add it to the tamarind water
  • Garnish with roughly chopped mint leaves and serve
