Yellow Dal



	Toor Dal	250 gms.
	Turmeric 	½ tsp.
	Water		4 cups.
	Salt		to taste
      	Desi Ghee	 2 tbsp.
	Onion		1 No Chopped

	


  • Wash the dal and bring to boil with turmeric . Cook until soft and completely blended.
  • Add salt and bring to a boil again.
  • Heat the ghee . Add onion and garlic and cook till brown and add this dal.
  • This is traditionally served with boiled rice and Kolmi no Patio.
