Cucumber Raita

Plain Simple Cucumber Raita

	Cucumber		1 no.
   	Yoghurt			1 ½ cup
	Green Chili		1 finely chopped
	Salt			to taste
	Black Pepper 		freshly ground
	Roasred Jeera pdr	a pinch
	Red Chili pdr		a pinch

  • Peel the cucumber and diced in small cubes or grate.Squeeze the liquid out.
  • Whisk the yogurt.
  • Add the cucumber and all the ingredients .
  • Sprinkle theJeera powder and chilli powder.
  • Serve chilled.
