and another variation..Masala Chaas

	Curd        	100-150 ml
        Water      	100 ml
        Salt         	to taste
        Jeera        	roasted pdr

	For Masala Chaas:

	Onions chopped		1 tsp
	Tomatoes chopped	1 tsp
	Ginger Chooped		½ tsp
	Green Chillies chopped	½ tsp
	Coriander chopped	½ tsp
	Red Chilli pdr		¼ tsp


  • Churn the ingredients together and garnish with jeera pdr.
  • For Masala Chaas:
  • Add all the chopped ingredients to the chaas.
  • Should have a distinct flavor of roasted Jeera powder.
  • Note: Chaas should be without salt and fat and froth free.
